We do our best to get your eyewear to you as quickly and as sustainability as is possible. We ship all of our orders from our warehouse in Germany.

How much does it cost?

For orders under 100 euros, shipping costs 3.99 per order. We currently ship to the following 17 countries:

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Standard DPD shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. Processing takes 24-72 hours. It’s worth the wait.

Shipping delays may occur occasionally, but this is out of our control. Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly, and please pay extra attention to accents, spaces and punctuation. If you have chosen to receive your order at a company address, please ensure that the company name is clearly stated in the address.

In case of a shipping delay, please contact the courier or us for the most recent updates. Please note, in case of changes made after ordering, the delivery date might change. Kleiderly UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not take responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping or lost items.
